For tonight's homework (5/5), complete all of the problems. This means do #36 and 37a&c.

A new thing we learned today is that a line that intersects a circle at only one point is called a line tangent to the circle. A tangent line intersects with a radius at a 90 degree angle. Think about a car wheel: the tire touches the ground at the bottom of the wheel at any given time. If you go 90 degrees up from the road, you will find the center of the wheel. Same idea here.

All of A#26 is due Wednesday, May 7th.
